I am a web and graphic designer and some of my websites are showing up in the google search with an exclamation point by them saying their reputation is suspicious. How does webroot determine the reputation? There are no other details that I can see and would like to be able to change whatever is on my sites that webroot does not think is safe.

Hello and Welcome.

Webroot uses the WIN (Webroot Intelligence Network) to make these ratings :Webroot, Inc.

And if you feel that a determination is incorrect, you can ask for a change here: http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/change-request-url-reputation.php
You can check ratings here: http://www.brightcloud.com/tools/url-ip-lookup.php

Hope this is some help, and please get back with any questions.

Thanks for your help but none of the links that you provided work. There is a 404 error.

Hello there, welcome to the Community!

Please recheck your internet connection and/or proxies.  I just clicked Dermot's links and they were working fine for me.

All are working ?, I just checked them all a second time.  Even the first one worked for me when I checked the first time, but you might have fixed it before I got around to it.

Very much so.. I had actually typed out a full reply with all the same links, and decided to recheck the thread before posting.  Your reply beat me by a minute or two so I cancelled it LOL!
