BestBuy page says "This plan or service is no longer available. If you have questions, please call us at 1-800-433-5778."
but my app says It's protected and everything is up to date but it's orange with a big orange exclamation mark "!" and my account section has a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark inside. I haven't renewed for a long time and i know it's out of date but BestBuy says the plan is no longer available.
so how do i renew my webroot protection?
I'm trying to renew but every time i try it takes me to a BestBuy page that says it's not possible
