I used to see a countdown timer but do no with my renewal software. Should that be?

I no longer see a countdown timer wth my recent renewal package.  How do I know Webroot is working properly?

Also, just to clarify about the renewal...did you renew, for example here?  Webroot Renewals and Upgrades  
or did you purchase a new keycode?
