Please follow the instructions and examples below to check if the key setting for WSA are set corectly:

Click on Advanced Settings button

Click on Firewall tab and then check the two settings highlighted below...they should be as per the screen capture:

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Also WSA is only compatible with Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome but some have got it to work in other Browsers but it's Unofficial see here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Unofficial-Webroot-filtering-extension-and-password-manager-in/ta-p/142205 and here: https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Complete/Unofficial-Webroot-filtering-extension-in-Palemoon-Unofficial/ta-p/142217 also Chrome has changed it's ways of getting the Extension your have to install it from the Chrome Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/webroot-filtering-extensi/kjeghcllfecehndceplomkocgfbklffd and the Webroot Development Team is working on a better way to get the Web Shield installed but no timetable at this point.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
