Lenovo malware superfish
Thanks to the Thread "Lenovo Ships Computers with adware..." I was able to remove the malware badfish loaded on my lenovo laptop by the manufacturer. Does anybody know if WSA would have blocked this malware on its own without me manually uninstalling the software and certificate?
Which console security settings to choose?
In the online account console under Security Settings, one can choose various levels of protection such as low, medium, high, user configuration. Seems like medium is recommended as the default. Was wondering about changing to high, what would the ramifications be? Wouldn't user configuration just be the default/medium setting when Webroot was first installed on the computer? What settings do those in the community use?
How does webroot determine a websites reputation?
I am a web and graphic designer and some of my websites are showing up in the google search with an exclamation point by them saying their reputation is suspicious. Says my last name is not registered. But it is. Maybe I bought in with a different name?
On "Request software and keycode," says no licenses found under my last name. But in fact I have over a year remaining on my 5-licenses. Two computers crashed, trying to install on two new computers. Need help quickly so I can work safely on the internet to re-install programs. Thanks

Why Does Webroot Not Notify W8/8.1 Users that WSA Firewall Controls are UnavailableDisabled?
Hello, Why does Webroot not notify W8/8.1 users - either prior to or during WSA installation - that the firewall controls are unavailabledisabled ? Afterall, am I not being charged for those features ? Now, I know that Windows firewall controls are not disabled - but the WSA firewall AllowBlock radio buttons, plus the alert rulespolicies are missing. I'm not interested in the technical details - only in an explanation why purchasers are not notified about this fact prior to purchase. Thanks, hjlbx
Auto renewal (my 50 cents)

Thereafter, your account will continue to renew annually and we will send you reminders before each renewal. ~snip Removed Affilate Link as they are not to be posted on the Community and used elsewhere. snip~ (this offer has been for a year now.. or returned again, and again), as I bought it last christmas through this offer or similar). Why does it seem that customers that stay with X company. I'm talking general now, because i've seen this in number of occasions, make returning customers pay more than new customers. I know that companies want to "lure" people in to get more customers. But it make the returning customer feel like he is second rate and just got robbed. Like now I would have "lost" 30$ I did like your software enough to buy it again, but I liked the 29.99$ price bette
