Hi… Webroot client for a few years but new to the forum. Likely a stupid question, but here goes -- What kind of account do I have, and how do I access the details? I can’t remember if I bought coverage for our mobile devices (2 iPhones and an iPad) or if only our PC is protected. When I log onto my Webroot console, the page headings are on a BLACK background (unlike the graphics I’ve seen of sample console pages), and there is no menu heading for “Mobile Devices.” Also, do I have Webroot VPN access even if I have coverage only for my PC? I have successfully downloaded and opened the Webroot app for my iPhone (since I indeed had a key code for entry on the login page). But I can’t tell if this is included in a PC-only account or if it means I actually purchased coverage for our mobile devices. So far, everything I’ve found regarding my account is clear as mud. Finally, can anyone offer a critical evaluation of Webroot’s VPN? I’ve subscribed to the highly rated

Hiya everyone!Hope everyone is keeping well. Can anyone give me a link to purchase a renewal keycode for Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus 2021, 3 Device, 1 Year which displays the purchase price in English pounds / £, as every site I’ve visited so far has taken me to an American checkout asking for $59.99. I would have liked to take advantage of a 50% off Webroot coupon but all offers I’ve seen had expired on 12th March.I’ve got 1 day left of my subscription remaining then so I need your help ‘lickety split’! After installing the Webroot Internet Security file, when I logged into my Webroot SecureAnywhere account, I click on Windows Download and it tells me that my Windows 10 is in “S” mode and that i have to download a similiar app for the windows download of my Windows 10 hp device. Because my computer is already protected by Microsoft Windows 10 that came with my brand new device, is it necessary for me to switch out of S mode and/or download a similiar app compatible with my device or are there other options? Thank you,Tonya H

I have a Windows XP Pro machine with WRSA running (for a couple of years), and last night at 7:51pm AST a file named "Program" was created in the root directory (i.e., C:). As such, I received the Windows File Name Warning upon reboot that "There is a file or folder on your computer called "C:Program" which could cause certain applications to not fuction correctly. Renamintg it to "C:Program1" would solve this problem. Would you like to rename it now?" Properties of the file indicate that it is 743 KB with a description of "Webroot SecureAnywhere" and is digitally signed as "Webroot Inc." with a digital signature timestamp of "Jan 14, 2014 7:36:45 AM". A hexdump of the file shows at the top the standard "This program cannot be run in DOS mode" and at the bottom, there appears things like "Company Name - Webroot", etc. We have had WRSA installed for a couple of years and did not do anything special yesterday. Do you know what this file is, and why it is labled as Webroot?
I have purchased the Webroot Internet security Plus with Antivirus to use on my Kindle Fire. I have installed the app from the store. I created an account. I cannot log in as it says my password is incorrect. I have changed the password. I have no option to download anything anywhere as I cant even log into the app. How do I fix this so my tablet is protected?
The day I downloaded Webroot Internet protection on my LG V30+ I got the Getsyy virus. I have ran scans and nothing. I have googled and followed every instruction to no avail. Getsyy opens the brower and runs non stop crazy ads. I have never had an issue on my phone until I downloaded webroot. Can anyone help? I am so mad because I cant even get a refund on my annual contact.
I have Webroot Internet Security Plus 18.104.22.168 (I think it is the 2014 version). I have a couple of questions regarding the firewall. How can I manage program access to the internet? In particular, is there a list of permanently allowed and blocked files that I can change or reset. I accidentally permanently allowed a file access, and I would like to change that. Can IP addresses be blocked? If so, can specific ports be blocked? Thanks for any help.
Hi everyone! Hope you’re well!! I haven’t been too well lately. M.S. though, not Covid! I noticed that Webroot had automatically installed another subscription of Internert Security Plus for close on $50. That was a few months ago and I’m still no closer to finding out why the app won’t launch or where the system tray button has disapeared to as I cannot sign in to mywebrootanywhere now as the page breaks and a message 'this page isn’t working. skyidentity.webrootcloudav.com is currently unable to handle this request https//error 500 is shown, (the address bar indicating it’s from skyidentity.webrootcloudav.com/signin-skyuber-oidc) is this you or am i being hacked??!!! I have contacted Customer Support but they’ve come back asking to download their log gathering utility then send info back before they can think of anything!! I’m now very nervous, do I have any protection??!!! Windows Security is saying that Webroot Secure Anywhere is turned on but I still can’t launch it or run a
A couple days ago, noticed that all of my login cookies for various websites where I had them set to “remember me” got wiped out. I’m running Firefox 81.0.2 (64-bit) on Win7 Pro. Up until a couple days ago, I could go months without having to log back in. Now, I’m seeing that they’re getting cleared every time I close the browser...maybe even when it’s still open. I’m running the same version of Firefox at work and don’t see this behavior, so it has to be Webroot. Any ideas on how to resolve this? Thanks.
