How do I install the Webroot toolbar for Firefox 64? I have Webroot Secureanywhere - Internet Security Plus. I need that to access my passwords across platforms. I have run the toolbarfix.exe, but I see in the process window it appears to run only for IE, not Firefox. When I click on a site in the passwords list, a warning pops up that it may not work because the toolbar is not installed. This is driving me nuts. Thanks.
I can no longer get into My,WebrootAnywhere account. I can still access my passwords in Chrome, for today at least, but I can't print my site accounts so I can add them to free LastPass I decided to get so I can use Firefox again. I'm worried I won't be able to login to Chrome password manager tomorrow since I can't login thru IE now. I am seriously rethinking Webroot. Any ideas?
This is an open discussion and something for Mike Potts, David Bennett, Hal Lonas, Chad Bacher, John Post, Melanie Williams, Ryan Howe and Gary Hayslip to ponder on. Here in your own words are the " OUR VALUES " which you claim to stand for. Integrity--Customer Success--Excellence-- Innovation-- " Webroot is passionate about protecting businesses and consumers from Cyber threats. We are the smartest and best at combating today's most complex cyber security challenges and are constantly anticipating how to extend the value of our threat identification, prediction, and remediation to the connected World ". Now ; in regards to Password Manager, how would all of you honestly rate your performance when comparred to your " Stated Values " and your " About Webroot " declaration ?
I saw several threads from people who can't use the Password Manager extension in Firefox because it is legacy. I can't figure out when the last answers are, so I'm starting a new thread. I put this in as a support ticket last October. I was told they were working on it for version 62, and the only way I'd know if it was fixed was to go into FireFox and try to find it again. I was also told I might as well use the FireFox password manager. I thought that was a fairly poor answer. It is now January 2019. I just went into Firefox and still can't find the Webroot Password Manager as an extension. FireFox is up to version 64. Has anyone heard anything about this? Thanks.
Hello Everyone, Last year my computer was in the shop and the tech suggested I go with Webroot and they installed it on my machine. I just recently checked to see when my subscription would expire and my program console does not indicate a renewal date? My key is hidden except the first four characters, and it just says Endpoint Protection. What does that mean?
Hello, I mistakenly purchased a 3-pc license package when I actually have 4 pc's to protect! I made my Webroot purchase on Amazon, so what might be my most cost effective option to get the extra license I need? Additionally, why is it when I click on any of the support options within the Webroot program nothing happens? Thanks. Jeff
I can sign into mywebrootanywhere.com and can access my account but cannot sign in to password manager using the same email and password. A red bar appears saying unknown email address try again. No typo, I tried it about ten times.
To Whom It May Concern: First of all, I do want to commend Webroot for creating a fascinating Internet security suite. I've used Norton, McAfee, AVG, and Kaspersky products, and I find that Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus keeps my computer protected from many threats. With that being said, I am not a big fan of notifications popping up while I'm using my computer unless the notification requires me to take action for something. Lately, I've been getting notifications from Webroot SecureAnywhere Internet Security Plus with the following text: See your new Personal Security Report View threats stats and information about your scans, shields, and security features Unfortunately, I have not found a way to disable the Webroot SecureAnywhere Personal Security Report notification from appearing. If there is a setting that disables it, I am overlooking it. If anyone knows how to disable this notificat
Hi everyone! Since carrying out a Chrome update last night I am finding it hard to get access to a few sites; I get a message that says:- The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator. Your support ID is ...... Anyone know whats happening and how I can put it right? The update has also played havoc with the general settings. :@ Loopy Linda
I have come across so many blogs, opinions, and so called solutions to WRData folder expansion problem. I started a search hoping to find a solution I could live with. The Problem/My issues? I have both limited space and ample space on my local Dell Windows 10 desktop PC. I have a 128 GB SSD drive which is essentially my main drive (that's the one with the limited space problem and it's my "C" drive.) I also have a couple of Internal SATA hard drives spinning at 7200RPMs which has a combined storage capacity of 8TBs! I though, geez wouldn't it be great if I could put my WRData folder on one of my SATA drives and make WSA play nice with this change. Then I would not care about the WRData problem. It could just blow up like a hot air balloon and I would not mind, but that is only if I could successfuly move my WRData folder and have it work succesfully with the WSA program with WRData on another drive. But please, not on my SSD drive “C” drive. It's only 128 GB SSD. By default the
From what I've read online, it doesn't seem like anyone puts much weight behind Webroot's system analyzer results, but then again, everyone was having issues with IE and Windows 8.1...neither of which are on my computer. The reason I ask is because I've been having major network performance and connectivity issues and the extent of my tech knowledge is that if unplugging or resetting it doesn't work, you have a problem. We do have 6-8 devices on this network at any given time, so I know we're to blame for some of the slowness, but we've had this setup for a year now and never noticed any lag for what we used the internet for. We haven't added anything else to our network and taking off the things we weren't using didn't help anything. It started several weeks ago where my computer would just suddenly slow way down like I had a ton of windows open and it would get progressively slower until the connection just dropped off completely. It has become a sort of
Hi, I was recommended by some of my colleagues to check out some of the software made by NoVirusThanks to provide additional protection. It seems like people do like it as it is effective. I'm especially interested in Syshardener as it's easy to configure and use, the question I have is, will this software & Webroot cooperate with each other fine? I don't want them to interfere and cause issues. Thanks :) https://www.novirusthanks.org/products/syshardener/
My Password Manager no longer maintains a connection to the server. Sites are not saved, and I can't always log on to sites, because passwords cannot be retrieved. This is in Chrome and IE. Password manager does not work at all in Firefox, and is not only disabled, but removed from view altogether, and cannot be re-installed. So, I've gone from Password manager not working in Firefox, to Password manager not functioning correctly in any browser.
Hi, I just received a notice from Password Manager that my WSA account password and Master Password are identical and that this is a security risk. However the Master Password reset link in the web toolbar redirects back to the WSA console. So I am now confused are two different passwords required or is it ok to set them identical. Thanks, Cooltone.

Hello, I just noticed that my disk usage was at 100% right after installing webroot, I troubleshooted for a while not suspecting webroot, but when i ran out of options I disabled webroot and my disk usage instantly dropped from 100% to 5%. I would really like to use this product, but this issue I'm having is making that impossible. I would appreciate any advice and I apologize if this is in the incorrect section. Thank you!
Hello, I have WRSA Internet Security running on a Windows 10 computer. This morning when I booted the computer, WRSA was running but all protection was off. I turned protection on then checked the Identity Protection tab and discovered everything there off as well and all of the files that had been in the Application Protection tab had disappeared. I had run a scan but WRSA had detected nothing. Not sure what's going on here. Thanks for any help. Edit: also noticed that now in the protected list Firefox is listed as presentationframework.ni.dll while chrome is listed as chrome.
The green check marks next to results in Google search has stopped working in Chrome. They show up fine in Bing search using Chrome. They work fine in Firefox. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the extension from the Chrome store. Any suggestion on getting them back in Google search? Thank you. Lisa
