My husbands webroot secure anywhere is about to expire. I want him to use my webroot disk now because it is good for another 9 months. Does he have to uninstall his first before putting the new disk in?

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

All you have to do is put in the new keycode and click Activate see here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C12_MyAccount/CH11b_ActivatingKeycode.htm also when you switch keycodes you will lose your passwords so please save them before using the new keycode. http://live.webrootanywhere.com/content/706/Exporting-and-importing-data

@, if you already have had Webroot installed on your Computer, please use these steps to activate the keycode for your new subscription.
  • 1. Open the Webroot program and click the gear icon next to "My Account" at the bottom right.
  • 2. Enter your keycode in the field provided under "Activate a new keycode” and click "Activate."
If Webroot is not currently on the Computer, all you need to do is click this link, download the file, and then open it. It will prompt for your keycode to complete activation.
