Hello @jigoe007

If you have another email address please use that one and try again. We keep telling Webroot about this issue and they keep telling us there’s nothing wrong with it so it’s very frustrating for some as I don't have any issues personally.

HTH,

Thanks for the info.  I tried to open a ticket but I can’t get past the below sign page.  I first clicked on “Allow Cookies” then I entered my account password and clicked on “Continue”.  What does this mean: “Your password will have been previously emailed to you.”  Does Webroot issue a password after opening a ticket?   I’ve had Webroot for a few years so I’d have to search for a ticket password..

Hello @jigoe007

Please contact Webroot Support via the Ticket system! Webroot Customer Service

Thanks,

I ran Webroot and it identified PUA.OSX.Mackeeper.1.r as a threat.  I placed it in quarantine.  I didn’t see any discussions about this file being in the Library.  Will my MacBook Pro work ok after quarantine?  Thanks.

Hi EchoMan

Welcome to the Community Forums.

If you are technically minded then there are numerous sites offering instructions on how to do this but if not then my recommendation is that you Open a Support Ticket, and let the Support team deal with this for you.
