My renewal that I purchased isn't working. I am coming up with warnings and threats from Webroot.

I have renewed my subscription to Webroot; however, it isn't going through.  I have paid 2 times and i am still coming up with all kinds of threats?  Is there a problem that I need to be aware of?
 
Please help.  I have never had this issue before.
