Password manager

Can not login to password manager (email unknown)

when I login to my account it says Your Passwords account is being prepared. This should be available shortly (preparing) never loads

May I ask if you have tried a different browser? What browser are you using may I ask?


Honestly the best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket and have them take a look.They will corrrect this issue for you. Or you can call:


Mon-Fri 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (MST)


This is a free service with your Webroot subscription.
