Are my passwords stored "in the cloud" (on the Webroot server) or securely on my computer?

Thanks for your quick reply. I am not comfortable having my passwords stored on an offsite server owned and controlled by someone else.I assumed they would be stored in the Webroot "Cloud" but hoped they would be stored securely (by Webroot) on my computer. I will not use Pqassword Manager. Thank you, again.

SecureAnywhere uses the same encryption method employed by the US Government for Top Secret data. The encrypted data is meaningless to Webroot and to anyone else without the decryption key. This key is stored on your own computer and is created using your email address and master password. This personal data is never sent over the Internet.
