password manager won't recognize my email address
Just installed ISP Webroot SecureAnywhere and am trying to use Password Manager. I got the little icon in the upper right but when I try to log in it does not recognize my email address. I reset the password as stated in the help section, to no avail. Any help?

Can you go online to Access Web Console?
EDIT: One needs to have have the Permissions to Allow set on the Password Manager section on the Web Console.
If it's not taking your email address is that the problem?
