PM Security Notice - Duplicate Passwords

Hi,
I just received a notice from Password Manager that my WSA account password and Master Password are identical and that this is a security risk. 
However the Master Password reset link in the web toolbar redirects back to the WSA console.
So I am now confused are two different passwords required or is it ok to set them identical.
