Received the "not complete Keycode#154

I am a SecurityAnywehre customer. I am trying to sign up the security mobile.
Received the "Not complete Keycode#154. 
I reconfirmed my Securiy Keycode input is correct.
For your reference. I purchased the Internet security Plus.  My PC activied.
How to activie on my mobile ?
