When I viewed the question above, there is a small bug about 3/8" moving around on the page.
What is this? I have never seen it before?
I have also been having connection issues with Time Warner in the SouthEast. They have a latency problem with their email.
Anyone know what is going on?

The small "BUG" is an Animated.gif running around the post designed to drive one CrAzY!...........as for the latency issue, have you called TimeWarner? Have you tried to reset your Router?
