Happy New Year...and welcome to the Community Forums.
Apologies but I am not quite clear as to what it is you are trying to do. You already have WSA installed and you what to buy a new subscription from Best Buy or Ebay?
If that is the case then you can certainly do that but (i) you need to be careful what you buy from Best Buy as they sell, as far as I am aware, a Best Buy version of WSA as well as the standard Webroot version...and a keycode for one is not compatible with the other so you need to check which version you currently have and amke sure that you purchase a new keycode for the same product & (ii) we do not recommend purchase of Webroot products from ebay as one can never be sure of the provence of the goods.
If you would advise back as to the responses to the questions posed above we can try to help further.
