I'm a member of the Geek Squad protection. I have a renewal key code. How & where do I install?

Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere (see Using the SecureAnywhere interface).
  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account
  3. Enter the new keycode in the box on the right



Click Activate.
