Restoring Passwords

Normally, I renew WebRoot by going to BestBuy and physically buying a copy.  But this time I renewed on-line.  I hit a snag where my new code wasn't updating proper, and read that un-istalling & re-installing WebRoot will fix the problem, which it did.  But, my passwords for the PasswordManager are all gone.  Also, the console lists no previous saved passwords.  My question - Is there anyway to resore the disappering passwords?
