I have Webroot secure anywhere for up to 3 machines.  I want my aunt to use one of the licenses.  Do I have to obtain another 2 keycodes for the next two machines?  Why the heck is this so complicated?  Does she simply use my same keycode and provide her own personal information?
thank you.

Hello jjsherman

Welcome to the Webroot Community.

Please have your Mother install Webroot with your keycode and her information such as email and creating her own Online Account.

To install Webroot:(Which you will have one more seat with your WSA Internet Security Plus after installing Webroot on your Mothers computer)

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
  • KEEP the computer online for thei nstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
Please let is know if this resolves your issue or not.
