Status active. Subscription status expired.

I renewed my Webroot Secure Anywhere account three months ago on a laptop that I have had for several years and continue to use.  That subscription allows up to three devices.


I have a second laptop that was recently purchased.  The antivirus software that came with it for a trial period has expired.  When I added the keycode from the renewed subscription from that was renewed 3 months ago, it shows my status as active but the subscription is expired.  How do I ensure that my machine is safe? How can I check to see what, if any other devices, are on that same subscription?  It looks like in the management console you can “add a PC” but when I click on the “+” button, it wants me to buy or upgrade.
