Hello,
Thank you for contacting Webroot Support.
9.0.26.61 is the current version for public use of SecureAnywhere. Version 9.0.27.64 is currently released to Beta users, and will be released to the general public after a brief time. If you are interested in signing up for the Beta version, please reference the community link below.

Unlike previous versions of Webroot software, Webroot SecureAnywhere automatically downloads and installs all updates by default. As long as your computer is connected to the internet, your protection is always current, as SecureAnywhere handles updates as soon as they become available.
We strongly recommend you keep these default settings. However, if you prefer to download updates manually, you can disable automatic software updates by clicking Advanced Settings and selecting "Install Settings" from the left side. The checkbox for “Automatically download and apply updates” will be at the top of the settings list. In this case, you can check for software updates yourself by following the instructions below. Unless you have disabled automatic updates, these steps are not necessary.
To check for updates manually:
1. Open the Webroot SecureAnywhere main interface.
2. Click the gear icon next to My Account.
3. Click the "About SecureAnywhere" tab along the top.
4. Click "Check for software updates."
5. If a newer version exists, Webroot downloads the updates to your system.
We hope you find this information useful. Should you have any questions, please feel free to reply to this message.
Thank you,
The Webroot Support Team
Ok, so I heard back. Looks like 27.64 will be deployed on the wsainstall on Jan 27th.
So hang in there for another few days!
Checking with support right now. Standby...
Has anyone received an answer on why the new version isn’t available to download? As of this morning, it’s still 9.0.26.61.
As far as I can see on the postings of the forum, No.
We are still waiting on the Webroot Staff to answer.

Can anyone at Webroot provide a working download link for the new Webroot V9.0.27.64?

You could post here and fill out the survey to be in the Beta Group and you would have access plus Webroot will give you a Beta Keycode: https://community.webroot.com/news-announcements-3/new-beta-group-336757
freydrew However, if you go to download manually I would assume you’d be able to get it on demand. I’ll have to check on this for you.
Cannot get it by going to download manually, you said you was checking this, when will you have the answer ?
I can’t believe nothing from any Webroot Staffers...OMG no one is on the ball in here anymore. They leave us Mods in which we are Volunteers with no help.

Thanks. I’m not even entirely sure what a Beta version is. Is it really too much to ask that I be able to download and install the latest version, when it’s supposed to be available? If not, why?
Sorry
You are absolutely right about that.
That’s the Business version link! Here is the Consumer link: https://community.webroot.com/home-product-releases-27/product-update-pc-agent-version-9-0-27-64-341863
I got it.
Hello …
I have it as well:
You guys have the Beta installed……. This is the Release link and it’s still v9.0.26.61
Sorry about that everyone..I did try the link and it showed this version v9.0.26.6...Thank you Daniel for clearing that up!
I believe that we are rolling out all of our updates gradually. From the Product Release page:
Webroot now does a gradual rollout method for releases. As such, not everyone will receive the update at the same time.
However, if you go to download manually I would assume you’d be able to get it on demand. I’ll have to check on this for you.
Drew check the link for yourself: http://anywhere.webrootcloudav.com/zerol/wsainstall.exe

Have to got the Beta version download? You can install over it I believe.
I’m still stuck on 9.0.26.61, even if I uninstall and redownload and reinstall directly from Webroot support. I t would be very helpful to find out exactly why I can’t get the latest version, even directly from the website.
Hi jreddoch,
This may sound silly but have you rebooted your system lately?
Yes, after I uninstalled.
