When Webroot Internet Security is loaded, regardless of if any component is turned on or off, DNS queries from nslookup fail. Additionally, DNS queries from Greenway Intergy fail and cause extreme speed issues with the application. The DNS queries have to wait to time out and the application is terribly slow. This is unacceptable and must be patched/fixed as soon as possible. No security solution should ever cause this kind of problem. It caused a huge amount of lost time to a doctor’s office. I could find no way to fix it other than to completely unload Webroot from memory (stop Webroot altogether).
