Webroot has not responded to my requests for keycode assistance.

More than one month ago I contacted Webroot to request assistance.  I sent a photograph of my package because the first two numbers of the keycode are illegible.  I purchased the antivirus protection at a Best Buy store in the New York.
I called several times and was never connected to an operator.  I have sent multiple emails with no response.
Please advise.
I have the original box with the member number.

Hello natanya and welcome to the Webroot Community!
On your box, does it have both a Best Buy Serial Number that begins with WBR00... as well as they Key Code which was on the outside of the box covered by a peel-off?  If so, you have a couple of options here:
1) Call 1800-GEEK SQUAD (1-800-433-5778). If you can verify your Best Buy account information, they can look up the key code. This will be the faster route for you to take.
If you do have that Best Buy Serial Number on the back of the box, and are unable to obtain help from either Best Buy or through a Trouble Ticket, I will suggest that you communicate with @ here on the Community.
