what do I do if the laptop that has webroot on it wont boot?

Do you believe that the issue is due to having WSA installed? Did the laptop refuse to boot immediately after WSA was installed? When you say 'won't boot' can you describe precisely what does happen? What operating system are you running and what version of that?
