Please download ONLY direclty from Adobe at  http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ If you are downloadingf from other 'third party' sites, the download will usually be blocked.
 
PLEASE make sure that you read carefully and UNCHECK or opt-out of any downloads other than the Flash that you are seeking.
