I don't mind logging in to find the info I need about my security software but why does the window within the software itself no longer show the days remaining for the subscription. Only the word Active appears where days remaing use to show?

Hi Rivenmaster

Welcome to the Community Forums.

As what ou are using is the Best Buy/Geek Squad version I cannot advise as to whether there has been a suddent change to what is displayed. The standard Webroot version of WSA stil shows the number of days before expiry.

Have you perhaps recently switched from one version to another?

?, would you have any ideas as to what is going on here?

Hello there!

The display as Subscription = Active, is exactly how the main screen is supposed to show for the Best Buy version as long as the subscription is 1) Not past the expected renewal date and 2) the account has a valid credit card for renewal billing on file at Best Buy.

What you see is quite normal.

I hope this helps!

I am sorry, I forgot to add:

To see the number of days remaining before your next renewal due date:

Log into the Account Console
Click your email address at the upper right corner
Select Manage Key Codes from the drop down list
The active key code will be listed, with the current expiration / renewal information.

I hope this helps clarify things a bit more!
