Difficult to determined who has taken training campaigns

It is really hard to tell in the interface which targets have taken the training courses and the only way I've found to identify them is to download a spreadsheet and then sort through all the information. The training report cards are inaccurate and the graphs give little information.

Are there any plans to improve SAT reporting and dashboard information?

Both could be significantly improved

Hey there Brian thanks for posting your question. We have a couple reports you may not be familiar with that help display this information and soon we will expanding PDF export of the Campaign Summary report from the SAT classic console to our new SAT Global Dashboard.

1) Campaign Summary Report:
Our campaign summary report is available both within the classic SAT console (older version - display on screen and export to PDF) and within the new Global SAT Dashboard (newer version - display on screen with PDF coming soon).
To view this report click on the "Security Awareness Training" tab in the management console and then click the campaign name you wish to view the report for. Look for this report to be exportable to PDF within the next 6 - 8 weeks.

2) Management Console Reports:
You can view on demand reports within the Management Console for phishing and training. To view these reports click the "Reports" tab then choose the SAT: Training or Phishing report. You then select the time frame you wish to view and you will display SAT stats organized by user and campaign.
