Hi there!We’ve been testing Autopilot internally and really like it so far!The only complaint I’ve gotten so far is the training email looks a lot like a phish. Sketchy looking domain, long link of gobbblygook, unsolicited email asking to click something…This is basically the email we’re training our clients not to click.Is there any way to customize this email template? Or are there plans to make it look more official?We are pretty excited about Autopilot, but are hesitant to push the training piece as is. It’s sure to generate a lot of questions from our clients. I haven't auto setup the reminder email while creating the training campaign whereas I found this ‘Send Reminder Now’ button under the launched Training campaign.Is there a way to find to whom the Reminder emails are sent when you click the ‘Send Reminder Now’ in the Reports.I would like to extract the list of targets who haven’t completed the training and the reminder emails need to be sent to them.
I may be missing something when creating target tags in Security Awareness Traiining. What I thought would happen is I could create a list of tags and apply them to targets (users) when needed.What I found was a bit clunky. I had to select an existing user, add a tag, and then apply the tag to that user. If I removed the tag from the user, the tag was no longer in the list of tags. For example, I tagged one user as newemp and another as csuite. Both tagswere in the tag list. When I removed the csuite tag from the user, it was no longer in the list.
Dear Webroot Community Team,I hope this topic finds you well. I created a training campaign for a customer and selected the Reminders option to apply to those users who had not completed the required training module. Then, this campaign was launched.However, I had to cancel this campaign in order to update new information for customer. Although the campaign was cancelled (the link made inactive), its reminder option was not terminated.Hence, the incomplete targets will most likely experience an annoyance as the invitation email still being sent out. It was really painful experience. Could you please help me to clarify this issue and let me know what steps I should take to this issue?I would very much appreciate your support. Best wishes
I am setting up some email templates for security awareness training and would like to add our company logo. How can I upload an image from my PC to use in these emails? I do not want to link to our website. We are not allowed to use imgur or other image hosting sites. Is a hosted image the only way to include one in the email?
Hi there, I’m not seeing this in the documentation, but figured I’d ask here just in case I missed something. We would like to be able to send SAT reports directly to our partner point of contact after a phishing/training campaign ends. As far as I can tell this is not possible if we are using the centrally managed portal or Autopilot.Right now all I can do is have them delivered to me in an email. Just had a meeting this week with our account management team, and this is a big source of frustration for them. The phishing and training modules are fantastic, we are just looking for a better way to communicate results with our partners. Thanks!
I recall a while back Webroot had some sample curriculum or a training path for the SAT videos, but can’t for the life of me find that page now. It basically had a suggested order to watch the videos so people got a good overview of cybersecurity. Does anyone know where to find that? Thanks!
After the phishing email is delivered, when a user clicks on a click in the email, MS Defender stops the link from going to WebRoot landing page. The page is blocked stating: This website has been classified as malicious.Opening this website might not be safe.https://na01.safelinks.protection... you don't open this website, as opening it might not be safe and could harm your computer or result in malicious use of your personal data. Where is the setting to bypass/override this?
As I begin setting up my email templates for security awareness training, I would like to include both the webroots logo and our company logo. Is there a good place to pull webroots logos from to put in these emails? Do I have to host the images myself, or can I just link to the place that webroot hosts their image? I would like to use a webroot logo that also has “Security Awareness Training” in the image.What approach do you all take to make your invite emails from Webroots look less like the types of emails we are asking our employees to ignore?
Difficult to manage a dynamic workforce (new hires) and to see what courses each employee has completed
I find the SAT administration quite frustrating from an admin perspective. We want to ensure all of our employees have the same Cybersecurity training courses. Ideally we would like to add new employees to an existing Campaign, but instead we are forced to create a new campaign just for that new employee (target). And when all of our employees have completed 5 courses that is 5 new Campaigns for every new employee. It gets very messy. Additionally we would like to easily track all of the courses that each employee has completed. We are keeping a separate spreadsheet updated with this summary information. The available SAT reports do not give us this information readily. Have I got this all wrong, am I missing something? Thanks, Steve
Good morningI am just looking to put together a training package for a client. (It’s our first time selling this product). I am bit overwhelmed by how many modules there are, I don’t want to bombard my client with 50+ training modules for each of his users.Please can someone recommend 5-6 ‘key’ modules that cover the basics?Thank you
I am having trouble finding the instructions about the enterprise App for Webroot Security Awareness Training. I have it installed, and can sync users, but at this time I hid it from users because I do not know what it does, or how to configure. Please direct me to instructions..
I have been running quarterly phishing simulations to keep our users on their toes. I noticed that a handful of users are flagged as deferred in the Campaign Phishing Line Data. Do you often have deferred emails to your users? Do you care about them? Should we do anything about this? Thanks!
Hi all, wondering if an ‘open’ in SAT is an actual open if the client is using Outlook’s preview pane. Research shows some say yes, some say only if images are allowed, some say no, one says to ignore it because only clicked links should count. But specifically within Webroot’s Security Awareness Training, if a client is using Outlook, does ‘open’ in a campaign include people who see it in preview pane only? ThanksFranco
I recently made an email template for our Webroot security awareness training invitations. I saved the customized template with a new filename. However, I can’t find it listed in the email templates when I create a new campaign.Is there an option that allows us to see the customized email templates that I have saved? I can see custom templates in there from our tech support company, but not my templates.
Hi there,I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and has any advice:Every time we push a phish test, we have partners forward the phishing email to our help desk. What we discovered recently is that when someone forwards the email our outbound mail filter “clicks” the link.I have discussed this with our spam filter and there is no workaround. They have to protect their IPs from being blacklisted as a source of spam.I’m just curious if anyone else has encountered this and ask what you’ve done.Seems to me the only way to prevent this is to educate users NOT to forward the emails. But we also don’t want to discourage partners reporting security concerns.Open to suggestions. What do you guys do?
When we send out emails to our staff from Webroot, the emails may contain a link to a training course. Is there any way to make those ugly long links to awareness training courses, less ugly and long? All the best practices tell users to hover over a link before clicking it to see where the link goes. All of our SAT course materials have long hyperlinks that could easily be mistaken for a phishing attempt. I am not sure what the best solution is on your end. For now we just have to tell our staff to ignore all those safety training courses that tell you not to click weird looking links, and trust that this one link is actually a good link. I hate this approach, as it undercuts everything we have been trying to teach these people!
Our WR SAT point of contact clients are wanting an interim report during a campaign to see the users yet to action or complete and therefore require follow up prompting. A report showing up to date progress is a common request. I understand this feature is not yet available.
We have a couple of thousand people registered across our client base for phishing tests and really like being able to distribute the phish emails over the course of a couple weeks. They just all deliver at once. I contacted support, but wasn’t able to get a clear answer as to why this happened aside from a potential lack of available resources to handle the campaign. I’ve been told this is resolved now, but haven’t tested beyond a small subset of people. I’m not saying support is wrong. We just get a lot of support calls when all of these go out at once, so I’m a little gun shy. Before I shoot out another campaign, I’m just curious if anyone else has seen this behavior. Thanks!Matt

Is anyone having issues loading targets into the phishing campaigns? I can load targets into the training, but not the phishing campaign. When I set up the phishing campaign it just does a continuous load on the targets page. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks.
Hi, If I create a SAT Campaign in the Global Console and add multiple sites, can I still get a report of the Campaign results for an individual site?For example Will the Campaign report show the results for all the sites added to the Campaign? as I am looking to get the Campaign results per site so that one customer does not see the results for another customer.Thanks
