SAT issues and potential updates

Question

Hi there,
As an MSP with multiple sites for SAT we are finding a few features missing or lacking currently and wondered anyone is aware if these are planned for future or are already there and we are missing something:
 
The automatic email invites for the training can’t be customised at all currently – it would be better if they could, is that possible? 
When we run training campaigns and people don’t complete the training there is no way to set the program up to automatically email the users that don’t complete the training. We have to go into each individual user to resend and remind them. Could this not be part of the campaign setup that you can select it to automatically email any users that don’t complete the training. Or even a check each user kind of option to resend to multiple users that haven’t completed instead of having to resend to each user individually? 
Also if we have a program/campaign running for a company and they get a new starter, we can add them to the existing campaign but no way to get them to complete the training they have missed without duplicating the whole campaign and starting it again. Could this feature somehow not be added please? 
A few other minor points are some colleagues have been looking at some other training providers that offer the training through a mobile app (iOS, android & windows) as well. Could this be something Webroot may look at implementing or not been looked at all really? 
Finally we are UK based and have found some of the training refers to US forms and some other US terminology. It would be good if the training could be noted as US or UK specific if it has content only relevant to that country.

Any advice, tips or updates on future plans for any of these points would be greatly appreciated.

Hi JamieWalker2010 thanks for posting! Great questions here and ones I believe several community members could benefit from. We are in the process of moving many SAT functions from the SAT console to the new GSM SAT TAB and we are enhancing each function as we go. Below are your questions with answers inline along with some screenshots to help.

Answer: Email templates can be customized in the SAT console either under Settings - Email Templates or within the new training Campaign Wizard both in SAT console. There are currently 4 types of email templates: Phishing / Training / Welcome / Reminder and all can be customized (see screenshot below). Currently template editing is limited to SAT console but we will be adding the the WYSIWYG editor to the SAT Global TAB in GSM Admin Dashboard soon! For the time being you can edit templates in the SAT console and if you save the scope to "Global" they will appear as available in the SAT Global Tab.

Answer: This is available as an option today! In the SAT console it is available under "Advanced Settings" on the first step in the new training Campaign Wizard and on the SAT Global Tab it is available in the New Campaign Wizard on step 3 "Campaign Scheduling" (see screenshots below). Both automated reminder options are available only after you set an "End Date" for the campaign as the reminders are scheduled based off of this end date. Without an end date set, there is no option for automated reminders which could be why you wondered about the option. Further on this reminders are only sent to trainee targets who have not yet completed training. Reminders can be sent for each campaign automatically scheduled as mentioned above or manually under the campaign settings in SAT Console or under "Actions" column in SAT Global tab by clicking the 3 dots icon.

Answer: We are aware of this limitation and agree it should be an option and with that we have a solution in backlog for future implementation.

Answer: We do not have a mobile app but all of our courses and console are responsive/mobile friendly and will play on mobile devices.

Finally we are UK based and have found some of the training refers to US forms and some other US terminology. It would be good if the training could be noted as US or UK specific if it has content only relevant to that country.
Answer: Great suggestion. We do actually tag content by subject and region which are searchable but we do not display these tags in the course browsing page currently. We will be adding enhancements to course browsing as we move the feature over from SAT console to GSM SAT Tab in the coming months.
