Your account did not connect to the Unity API (connection error)

The title says it all. 


I’ve verified that the API client ID and Client Secret are correct - as well as my login credentials. But I’m getting this error. 


I’ve contacted support to see if they can assist me with this issue but I wanted to be proactive and ask her in case it’s something I can try to fix on my end.

Hey, thanks for the post. Can you just go into the console and check your GSM (parent) key and that you are are a ‘Super admin’. I will contact you separately. 


I just looked and I’ve confirmed I’m a GSM Super Admin. I’ve made a screenshot for you below.
