Your account did not connect to the Unity API (connection error)
The title says it all. I’ve verified that the API client ID and Client Secret are correct - as well as my login credentials. But I’m getting this error. I’ve contacted support to see if they can assist me with this issue but I wanted to be proactive and ask her in case it’s something I can try to fix on my end.

In Webroot universal reporter we need a custom report listing the endpoints in the created folders under the site? Can this be done?? Has anyone done this? We as an MSP can't created sites for every customer however we create a folder with the endpoints. This is done by multiple MSP's in the netherlands so if there is a solution please let me know.
Output multiple worksheets from Excel file to PDF
Just getting my feet wet with this tool. The report templates are a great start, but I’d like to modify them to include a bit more of the detail contained within the Excel worksheets into the PDF file. For example… I’ve been working with a template I copied from DNS: Blocked - Domains and Users. I’d like to output not only the Overview sheet, but also the BlockedLog and Pivots into the PDF that will go to the client. I found a statement in the script which appears to control this. -sheetsToExport @("Overview") I changed it to: -sheetsToExport @("Overview","BlockedLog","Pivots") I was thinking this would append the additional two worksheets to the PDF under the Overview section. What it actually did was to only output the last variable to the PDF…. i.e. only the Pivots worksheet appears in the PDF. When I remove the Pivots parameter, it then outputs only the BlockedLog worksheet to the PDF file. How do you make it so the script appends worksheets to the PDF file? Thanks
Hi Loving the Universal Reporter, it’s so much cleaner that the other reports. But….I have a site where I deactivated an endpoint in December 2019 and it is showing on the reports as Unmanaged and has been added to each Endpoint Extended Data graph. How do I remove this from all future reports?
Creating Combined Reports
Hi Well done and thank you for creating Universal Reporter, looks great so far! I am looking to create a customised report combining several reports into one for some of my sites, how easy is this to do and is there any kind of guide to help along the way? As an example, I have a site that has Endpoint & DNS Protection so I have started by taking the combined report (Including SAT for now) and I want to add further DNS reports to it such as DNS Blocked Adult & DNS Allowed Streaming Media & Social Networking. Is it a case of copying the data sheet tabs & Report tabs from those templates and adding it to the one I want to create and amending the Manifest file or do I also need to amend the PowerShell script? I don’t want to send half a dozen separate reports each month. Many thanks Bill
Data dictionary / field list available in API
Still struggling a little bit trying to figure out what fields are available to be pulled via the API. I can see some of what the template scripts are doing, but I’m trying to write a report similar to one that exists in the On Demand reports section of the WebRoot SecureAnywhere console called DNS: Active Hosts (for the last 30 days). Right now, I’m having to manually run this report from the Webroot console and download to CSV to send to my clients as it’s not available from the Scheduled Report templates area. I also don’t see a similar template in the Report Writer. I literally need to pull only the following fields for each host using the DNS service: Hostname Username Requested Blocked This needs to be in a list format and not summarized in any way. It seems most of the templates in the report writer want to summarize or give Top 10 stats and the like. Having trouble figuring out how to pull this data. Any Suggestions? Thanks!
Why do we have to pay extra fees for Customers installing over their preset seat limits?
Hi,When creating a new site in GSM and setting up Endpoint Protection we can set a value called 'Site Seats'. Obviously, here we always set the number of seats the customer ordered from us.Normally, we do not examine the WSA GSM console every day as it is not a system we shall pay 24/7 attention to (sitting and watching the console like airplane radars) unless any customer may encounter any malware issue and asks for our support.Now, we notice from time to time that some of our customers licence usage exceeds the preset Site Seat limit, but we never get any notification at all! The only chance to notice such an unexpected extra licence usage is if you open the console and THOROUGHLY overview ALL customers data by hand!The fiscal (billing) problem is that our customers pay 1 year in advancefor a requested number of seats and we cannot invoice them for the extra usage during the 1 year prepaid period, still we must pay for the extra usage to Webroot.Now we have a new Webroot Universal Re

PDF Report Showing Threats Seen
Hi I have run my monthly reports using Universal Reporter and my sites are all showing threats seen in the PDF but there is no data anywhere in the spreadsheet to show a threat or any on the console when I run a report from there. On the Endpoint Extended 9ALL versions) The Threats Seen in the PDF shows the host of ‘DESKTOP-xxxxxx’ having a Threat Seen of ‘mwgroup’ It has not shown this in prior months reporting. Can someone direct me on how to resolve this issue?
Universal Reporter needs fixed for redirected documents
Universal reporter doesn't currently work with redirected document folders without modifications. I had to update the CommonFunctionsModule.psm1 to trim the trailing slash only in the file path. I recommend this be updated to work with UNC paths for document folders, as folder redirection is common in the workplace.
Endpoint Summary Report
Previously, I’d call in and request the Endpoint Summary Report for all sites. This would allow support to provide me with a report showing a complete list of all endpoints (deactivated or not) and the full details of all of these endpoints, and the sites they are associated with. Going forward, they are no longer able to provide this report and it is not a default template within the Universal Report Tool. I am looking for anyone who is able to provide me with a report template that provides the above listed information. If possible, also to have this listed all within one excel sheet. Enhanced Endpoint report inconsistencies
Got everything working and then ran a test for my clients. The test client has 23 endpoints, 4 servers and 19 workstations. The report show 31 Endpoints managed and 8 Endpoints not seen at the end of the report it shows 64 device types, 17 unmanaged and 47 managed Are these reports working are they pulling sample data to show the report

A feature to get one file with many site information
Hello,I would like to obtain sites’ information such as endpoints per site, to facilitate our administration (accounting, invoicing system) work. To do so, I have downloaded Webroot Universal Reporter. Still, I have been confronted to the same problem: we cannot create one document with little information like that (one row, with 2 or a little more columns), that contains many sites/customers. Getting a log of information, may be nice in some situation, but when we need only few informations relevant for the administrative part of the company, it is almost impossible. My question is: Do you know about that? Is it something you are working on? Or it is not on your to-do-list and it is not one of your priority since your goal is to support only the technical and not the backgroung? Best regards,Majda
