failure to connect to internet

deleted and reloaded wifi security several times. Boots up, I press “connect” and it says connecting; then after awhile, the “connect: sign reappears without it having connected. My internet connection is good. My wifi is up and running without other problems. Can’t seem to get it to work. it worked fine until several days ago.

The best thing to do is Submit a Support Ticket and they will help you as we can only do so much on the Community!

 

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue and support can take up to 48 hours to reply or a little longer because of COVID-19.
