I can't establish a VPN

I just signed up for the Webroot WiFi Internet Security for a VPN but it won’t provide the VPN for me. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

With any Wi-Fi Security issues it’s always best to contact Webroot Support as in most cases it’s a back-end issue!
