What countries can be used in your VPN service ?  Is Asia one of them - a safe country ?

It seems interesting. Thanks for sharing this.

Some time ago, I read that several countries are exempt from Government and Internet Provider access from the US.  Singapore was one of them.  Is this still true and what are the other countries with this extra safety ?  Now I read that all VPN’s are subject to access from authorities across the board. What is correct today ?
