Hello @martindevid12

On WiFi problems it’s best to get in contact with Webroot Support.

Webroot Support:

Submit a ticket 24/7/365

Call 1-866-612-4227  during the week Mon - Fri 7 AM to 5:30 PM (MDT)

Note: When submitting a Support Ticket, Please wait for a response from Support. Putting in another Support Ticket on this problem before Support responses will put your first Support Ticket at the end of the queue.

Thanks,

I do not understand why two devices is a limit? That would be something set by your service provider. I would contact them first and see if that is some kind of limit on your service.  But I have never heard of a system limiting how many devices can connect at one time.

Agree. Worth checking with your ISP on this one.
