When I try and log on on the internet, it says I am not connected. When I turn off the wifi security I can connect to the internet.
The only thing we can suggest is to Submit a Wi-Fi Support Ticket and they will help you. If you can’t then call Support during the day MDT time. 1-866-612-4227
