We’re very pleased to announce the release of the Webroot Mobile Security V7.0 Android App in the Playstore. You can download the updated application is available in the Playstore. New FeaturesWhat’s new – The completely redesigned application has new user experiences and no longer looks like a browser. We have revamped the UI by adding a new dashboard of options guiding navigation to various features in the app. We have moved the login screen to the default device browser from our in-house secure browser. This would mitigate the “Oh Snap” error which some people are experiencing We have added an option to enable password manager in the app. The release contains new and updated functionality. These new features help us get closer to our goal of consolidating the Endpoint Protection Console as well as improving agent commands and efficacy. The DNS Protection agent runs as a service on each installed system and is designed to intercept and manage DNS requests. Prior to this release, in order to install the DNS Protection agent, it was required to first install Webroot Endpoint Protection, and then to configure it to install the DNS Protection agent. With the 4.0 release, once the MSI is provided in the Webroot Management Console, customers will be able to install directly on the systems of their choice. This is a profound change as it opens up sales to any customer regardless of their chosen security stack. Webroot® Security Awareness Training Release In addition to new training courses and phishing templates, this release introduces a redesigned campaign summary report, providing per-user and aggregate statuses for campaigns in progress or completed. It also adds user management to the Webroot console, making it easier for admins to manage training across clients without having to navigating to another console. What’s being released?Redesigned campaign report. The new report boasts a more intuitive summary of aggregate results. It also includes more per-user detail, including why emails were not delivered. This report replaces the campaign summary user interface and PDF in the Webroot console and the PDF in the Webroot Security Awareness Training console. User management. Admins can now view, add and remove target users from the Webroot console. With our latest Advanced Information Archiving release, we have introduced enhancements that can help you save time with eDiscovery, meet changing compliance needs, and provide greater insight into your users’ accounts. With this release, you can:Search all groups at once - this enhancement enables compliance administrators to easily find messages quickly where users may not be listed otherwise. It also saves time in the eDiscovery process by searching all groups at the same time, instead of searching by each group individually.
