Are there any Webroot SecureAnywhere users also using Bluebeam?

Welcome to the community RT.
I _think_ I saw someone with a trial version of it on our network, but I don't see it installed anywhere now. If you're running into problems there are ways of getting around almost any compatibility issue.

Hi Explanoit

This is our first year of using Webroot (9 months in).  We've been getting a bunch of "threat" messages for BLUEBEAM.PDF.NI.DLL For "Uncategorized Malware".  I'm not sure if these are false positives or not.  We have about 20 Bluebeam users, but less than half have received this message (some users multiple times). No one getting this message has complained to me about having a problem using Bluebeam, so I'm thinking it must not be a critical file, and I've left it in the vault.

I'm just curious if anyone else in the Webroot community has encountered this.

Hey RT,
Usually when I see "Uncategorized Malware" it's because I made the file Bad in the overrides list.
Otherwise I would collect the MD5 of the file and submit to Webroot support asking to investigate as an FP.
