Chrome and blocking?
I have a user who is streaming youtube without issue even though they are in a blocked group. Does Web Security Service not work with Chrome?

It shouldn't matter the browser, since WSS should be proxying. I'd imagine that any browser should let them through. Try in IE to confirm. It sounds like either their configuration might be messed up, or perhaps they got switched to a different group. Have you compared their setup to someone who is getting blocked?
