The Faces of the Community

As the new manager of the community and advocacy programs, Drew is passionate about building lasting relationships with all enthusiasts of Webroot. Drew grew up in Cincinnati but has lived in Colorado for the last 10 years. When he’s not working at Webroot, you’ll find him spending time traveling all over Colorado with his wife and little dachshund, Boris. Drew is thrilled to be joining the Webroot team.

As a long-time Webroot employee Anna is one of Webroot’s biggest fans, so she really enjoys working with customers who are as excited about Webroot as she is. She is continuously working on building and growing the programs that allow advocates to share the Webroot story. She loves seeing new places, and plans to visit as many countries as she can beyond the eleven she’s been to so far.

Josh specializes in Customer Interaction and everything Social Media. When he's not enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscapes or taking pictures with his camera, he's probably at Home singing his Heart out with the help of his Guitar or Ukelele. Don't forget about Penny Board cruising! If you're near the Office on a sunny day, you'll probably see him coasting with his Headphones on. Being landlocked his whole life, he dreams often about living Life on the Beach.

As a former Support engineer turned Program Manager, Brad brings a customer focused approach to all aspects of his work at Webroot.  He also enjoys the active Colorado lifestyle including horseback riding, skiing and making music with friends

Cat is the proud leader of all things community, social media and digital marketing at Webroot. She built the original Webroot Community back in 2011 and even though she’s taken on some new programs, she still loves to get into the code to create new features and fix things and interact with new community members.  In her spare time, you can usually find her cooking up new recipes or playing in the Rocky Mountains.

Part of Webroot's Threat Research team, Dan helps ensure that you're protected from the latest threats. When not fighting malware, he can be found making music in his basement studio.

Eamon started as an AMR Technician (Advanced Malware Removal) and is now a Threat Research Analyst based in Webroot’s Dublin office. He helps to find tens of thousands of pieces of malware every single day – sometimes months before traditional AV clients. He also works on creating new definitions for the Webroot Mac client, and he is the Android go-to guy in the office. Read more.

Grayson Milbourne is the Security Intelligence Director for Internet security company Webroot. Over the past nine years Milbourne has worked in various areas of the company, spending the past seven years focused on threat analysis. His areas of security intelligence expertise range from mobile to reversing to automation to cloud security.

Birthed from the mighty Atlantic ocean, James is a sailor at heart. He moved to Colorado in search of adventure and has not been disappointed! He started at Webroot in Consumer Support and now manages our social media accounts, assists Nic in moderating the community, and deals with customer reviews. A lover of fine scotch and mother nature, he finds himself at home in the woods or on the sea. He loves PC gaming and throwing the ball for his black lab, Baby Jerry.

Mandy leads Webroot’s worldwide onboarding and retention programs. She grew up in Pittsburgh but spent the last 10 years in Portland, OR, so she’s got a healthy mix of East Coast gumption and West Coast mindfulness. A recent transplant to Colorado, she loves exploring her new home state with her husband and 2 little dogs. Mandy is a huge fan of waterslides, but not of children who run at the pool.

Shawn enjoys the challenge that comes with working the ever changing field of IT. That challenge is what continues to drive him to be the customers advocate ensuring those users issues are addressed, receive top notch support and have the necessary tools to be knowledgeable and secure. Read more.
