Adobe has a new version out now for all Windows OS's as you know Windows 8, 8.1 can only be updated via Windows Update and is available now so go get it!
Download Adobe Flash: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html Be sure to uncheck any Unwanted add-ons if offered during install.
