LOL I just updated 13 Updates for Win 7x64 and 1 for Office 2010 seems OK so far. ;)

Thanks for the info as always.I remember using XP eons ago,always wondering what an update would do to my machine.Also,there is an updated build for adobe air as well build 3.5.0.1060 and can be downloaded HERE
