Hi Guys,
Sorry if this is a covered question.
Son-in-law just went through a Carbonite file restore since McAfee did not stop cryptowall or cryptolocker from freezing his files - demanding a $500 ransom to release.
Wondering how effective Webroot is on these since he emails to me from time to time.

Got the links you provided, reviewed them, and actually understood some of the instructions for enhanced protection. Need to walk through a couple others carefully to grasp them fully.
