False positive on AAA Logo - full version

WebRoot is detecting AAA Logo (http://www.aaa-logo.com) as Win32.LocalInfect.2, how this FP can be removed?

I can send you setup files of full version if needed

Thanks,
Nick, SWGSoft

Hello,

We were alble to identify and correct a couple of False Positives based on the trial version that is available for download, so those should be corrected. If you see or receive reports of any additional files being detected please Submit a Support Ticket and we can work with you to get those corrected.

Thanks,

Hello Nick

I have your software which I have purchased. Unfortunately it will not allow me to use it  because the serial number has expirered which is an incorrect determination. Please rectify the matter as soon as possible. I need version 4.2. Please try and make improvments for software like adding image background via right click. This would be a good addition. Also a way to organize shapes more logically would be time saving for user.

Thanks jj

Hi PERUJJ

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Nice to have yo uhere but may I humbly suggest that you contact Nick directly via his website (see first post) rather than through the Community?  He may not visit here regularly and therefore may not respond to your update for some time if at all.

Direct contact would be the best way to try to get what you are looking for, in my humble opinion.

Regards, Baldrick
