Do I need to uninstall old security
I still have two month left on my old security program. Do I need to uninstall that system?

No, you do not have to uninstall your old security software and Webroot has been engineered to work along with your existing software and not cause any issues.
However, depending on what existing software you have, there is a chance that your computer will operate a little quicker if you uninstall it and just leave Webroot installed to do it's thing. Webroot is one of the lightest security programs there is, and the other one you have may be slowing your computer down slightly. I can't say that for sure, but there is always a chance.
