While obviously this Community is intended to support Webroot software and its users, we are quite happy to try to help on other issues as well.
How long have you had the printer? How long has this been happening?
The first thing that comes to my mind is simply that your printheads or ink tanks may need replaced or cleaning. Some printers do print more than one line of text at a time, so clogged or malfuntioning print heads could cause this. You might try simply replacing the ink tanks and also going into the printer software and look for anything that mentions calibrating, cleaning, checking printheads, or anything else of the general sort.
