should I remove bloat ware from new laptop
just opened my new laptop and was wondering if i should remove bloat ware. have never done it with past computers

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You raise a good question to which I would universally reply...'Yes'...the real question is what is 'bloatware'...and whilst there are some applications that are definitively of this type there are some that are 'bloatware' to some but not to others.
The best thing to do is to make a list of the 'bloatware' that you are thinking of removing, and then research what the consensus opinion is to that question in each case.
You can also look for and make use of software specifically available to do just that; a couple of the better known examples are PC Decrapifier & the AppRemoval Tool. I have not used either and so cannot recommend them.
Having said all of that usually uninstallation is as per standard, i.e., via the Add or Remove program option in Windows.
