Contacted tech support on three different occasions to work out a problem with a subscription renewal. I fear I may have wasted my money. Perhaps this will get some attention.
I’m sorry to hear you’re having difficulties with your subscription renewal. Did Tech support never get back to you? Or did they perhaps give you an answer that just isn’t sufficient?
