Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete is the prefect replacement for Norton 360. Not only do you get the Webroot Intelligence Network, but it is comparable in other aspects as well:
 
1) Password manager
2) Backup (also includes mobile backup and sync - Norton 360 does not!)
3) Multi Device
 
So yes, Webroot can most certainly replace Norton 360! :D

Actually Webroot isn't a replacement for Norton 360. It's an improvement over Norton 360.
